5 Keto Snacks for Busy People: Ketogenic Diet (Grab n’ Go)- Thomas DeLauer…
Macadamia Nuts – 100g contains 5 grams of net carbs: Researchers at the Cleveland Clinic found that by taking omega-7 for just 30 days, patients had a 44% reduction in C-reactive protein (inflammatory) levels (1)
Study – Gut Health: The oleic acid content of macadamia nuts may help prevent ulcerative colitis (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) In one study, performed by the European Journal of Gastroenterology & Hepatology, researchers looked at participants who consumed daily oleic acid versus those who did not – found that those who did consume daily oleic acid were 89% less likely to have ulcerative colitis

Sardines- Sardines provide one of the highest sources of essential omega-3 fatty acids.
Benefits of Omega-3: EPA and DHA are important for increasing neuron growth and enhancing neuron activity – and are stored in the brain itself. One of their many functions is to support cellular membranes and keep them flexible – maintaining the fluidity of the cell membranes allows for proper communication between nerve cells and, therefore, helps to support focus and mental clarity. Additionally, omega-3’s suppress cyclooxygenase (COX), which produces the prostaglandin hormones that trigger inflammation.
Chomps – 0g of carbs: Beef jerky that is 100% Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished that is also 100% Non-GMO – The animals are never sent to feedlots and never given antibiotics or hormones
Sea Salt- Unique in that their sodium content is comprised of sea salt- Table salt is typically 97.5 percent to 99.9 percent sodium chloride, whereas salt like Himalayan sea salt is only about 87 percent sodium chloride. Most table salts contain iodine and sodium ferrocyanide (yellow prussiate of soda), both of which are toxic for the body.
Celery Juice- Also contains celery juice, which has two compounds called luteolin and polyacetylenes – Luteolin reduces inflammation by blocking NF-kappaB and AP-1 activation pathways and polyacetylenes also reduce inflammation by lowering levels of inflammatory prostaglandins in your body.
