KETO FRIENDLY + LOW CARB AT WALMART | Budget Shop With Me Haul – How I Lose Weight!

Happy 2020!!!
I’m so excited about 2020 and all the possibilities that a new year and new decade brings!

I started a low-carb, keto friendly diet in April 2019 and I’m about 60 lbs. down. I still have some to go, but of all the “diets” I’ve done, I’m so much happier with this lifestyle. Details are no white, starchy carb, no sugar, high fiber, etc.. I try to keep it around 20g carbohydrates a day. I also net that number by the amount of fiber a food has. For example, if a food has 9g carbs with 5 in fiber– that nets to 4g carbs.

I was having some health issues, in menopause and generally just feeling like crap. I just wanted to be the healthiest version of myself and FEEL GREAT with tons of energy! If you want to make a change this year, first, go see your doctor. I’m not a medical professional, I’m just sharing what worked for me. Everyone has their own path, but I just want to encourage you that it can be done!! I had people tell me “this is just what happens in menopause” or that it was too late to make any real changes… that’s simply not true! Feeling awesome is the best gift I can give myself… at any age.
