Easy Keto bread/ Keto loaf recipe/ Dark chocolate, walnuts & orange keto loaf/ Healthy loaf/ Diet bread

Ingredients:
350g / 3 cups almond flour
20g / 2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
100g / 6 tablespoons erythritol
7g / 1 tablespoon yeast
12g /1 tablespoon baking powder
2g / 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
55g / 1/4 cup butter
50g / 1/4 cup walnuts
50g 1/4 cup dark chocolate
6 / 200g egg whites
65ml/ 1/4 cup double cream
120ml / 1/2 cup hot water
1/2 teaspoon orange essence

Method:

In a bowl mix erithritol, yeast, double cream and hot water. Leave 10 minutes asite for the yeast to activate. In large bowl mix all dry ingedients add all wet ingredients and mix well. Add room temperature butter and incorporate into the dought. Transfer into a loaf tin, sprinkle some walnuts on top (optional) and leave to proof for 2 hours. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45/55 minutes or until light brown. Cool down and enjoy.
