My Five Favorite Keto Meals Below

1. My Keto Coffee & Breakfast:
Coffee- 12 oz your favorite brewed coffee + 2 tbsp heaving whipping cream + 7-14 g coconut oil + 6-7 drops stevia
Breakfast- 2 over-hard eggs, 3 slices of bacon, 1/2 avocado with sea salt, hot sauce (Taco Bell brand), and Trader Joe’s Onion Salt

2. Keto Taco Salad: 2 cups chopped romaine + 2 cups kale + 3 oz 80/20 ground beef with taco seasoning + 2 tbsp sour cream + hot sauce (Taco Bell always) + 100 cal spice guacamole + 2 tbsp salsa = HEAVEN

3. Keto Salmon Dinner:
4 oz salmon cooked in skillet OR oven (topped with 1 tbsp grass-fed butter)
10 chopped asparagus + 3/4 cup cauliflower rice sautéed with coconut aminos (topped with 1 tbsp grass-fed butter)

5. Easy Keto Bombs: sweet tooth?
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup natural PB
2-3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
20 drops stevia
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pour into mini cupcake mold, or cookie sheet & throw in freezer until hardened. Break apart to size desired!
