Chewy Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies (KETO)

Get ready to bake the chewiest chocolate chip walnut cookies ever! Enjoy

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups of almond flour
½ cup of butter (soften)
½ cup of Xylitol
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
1 egg
1 scoop of gelatin powder
½ cup of lily’s chocolate chips or no sugar chocolate chips
½ cup of chopped walnuts

In bowl,
1. Add butter and Xylitol and mix
2. Add egg and 1 tsp vanilla extract and mix
3. Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, and gelatin powder and mix
4. Add chocolate chips and walnuts and mix with spatula
5. Scoop 18-24 balls onto cookie sheet for 14-15 minutes at 350 degrees
6. Remove from oven, let them cool for 10-15 minutes
7. Enjoy!!!
