Weight Loss Update | New Weight Loss Goal



Hey everyone! Sorry I was MIA last week. Had to work through some stuff and get my mindset back focused on weight loss. Making a new commitment to lose 20 pounds over the next few months. I realized I needed to set another weight loss goal to feel back in control of my life. I felt the best last year when I was doing that. Enough time relaxing, break is over, and I’m ready for my weight loss journey to continue. I still have a goal to save money this year so stay tuned for videos about workouts you can do for free, keto meal preps, and tips for staying motivated. You know, the usual. :)

Next video (hopefully posting this Wed) will be a Q&A to answer all the questions I’ve recently gotten.
