The simplest answer is: look at the total carbs and see if it fits in your limit for the day.
Don’t trust packaging that says “keto friendly” on the front – those products might be surprisingly high in total carbs from sugar alcohols, inulin, and other carb-containing additives. Always look at total carbs per serving – and be realistic about how many servings you would consume if you’re buying a large container rather than a single-serving cup.
