A Day In My KETO Life || What I Ate



Hey guys! It’s Sunday and I want to make sure I keep up with videos for you so here is how my Saturday went, what I ate, and how I keep motivated to continue staying active. I’m sorry I don’t share the macros of my meals in this video. Logging is still a routine I need to get better at…at least to get to my goal weight. For a future mini series on what I eat for the week, I’ll include logging for sure. I show you guys a body update in this video. I have flabby arms and loose skin in other areas but it doesn’t bother me. I’m so happy to have lost 84 lbs and feel healthy for once in a long time. Hope you enjoy the video and find it useful.
