Now I’m not saying you shouldn’t buy some of these things, but you don’t NEED them to live a healthy lifestyle. It pains me when I see my patients spend a fortune on supplements, diet pills, and cleanses that don’t do much – or worse, harm them.

A healthy lifestyle is *simple, not easy.* Research has shown time and again that the healthiest and happiest people have close relationships and a sense of community! It is also important to eat real, un-ultraprocessed foods. You don’t have to go to the extremes to be healthy or spend a ton of money. Buying groceries and cooking at home is cheaper and healthier than any other option! Move your body – ideally both cardio and weight training. Sleep atleast 7 hours. Don’t smoke. Drink less alcohol.
