LOW CARB & FRESH INGREDIENTS
Here are the ingredients you will need:
4 large Zucchini’s
1 lb Sausage
2lbs on Ground Beef
24oz Pasta Sauce of your choice
1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
15oz Ricotta Cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup parsley (and more for garnish)
Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees & let our guilt-free lasagna cook for 40 minutes! (for crispier cheese on top, leave the lasagna on broil for an additional 5 minutes)
