I first started the ketogenic diet a little more than 60 days ago. In that time, I’ve lost nearly 30 pounds and have definitively reversed all biological indicators of diabetes, fatty liver disease and high blood pressure. I had heard that keto was a good solution for weight loss, but I definitely wasn’t expecting to have such dramatic results across all my other bio markers in such a short period of time. I’ve also learned a lot about living low carb and how to set myself up for success in the future.
