Here we present a wonderfully delicious way to flavour an egg breakfast: Eggs Benedict Breakfast Bombs. You can make this ahead or freeze if you wish, perhaps use it for an egg fast…and the macros are great for Keto.

Ingredients:
2 large Eggs
113g/4oz Smoked Salmon Slices
6g/½ tbsp Salted Butter
2 tbsp Fresh Chives chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Cheddar
2 tbsp Keto Hollandaise Sauce
