Keto Pasta with Italian Sausage and Broccolini



I love how simple this pasta sauce is to make, yet it’s packed with flavor and ready in 15 minutes. It is a little naughty in that we use a low carb white wine for extra flavor, however if you’re keeping it clean please substitute with your favorite stock or broth. I thought the serving for two is convenient for either leftovers or for you and your partner. I made some alterations to the original to lower the carb count.

Nutritional Information/Serve with Wine:
Cal: 387 | Net Carbs: 2.5g | Fiber: 0.5g | Total Carbs: 3g | Fat: 31g | Protein: 14.5g

Nutritional Information/Serve with Broth:
Cal: 359 | Net Carbs: 2.5g | Fiber: 0.5g | Total Carbs: 3g | Fat: 31.5g | Protein: 16.5g

Ingredients:
6g/ 1 tbsp Olive Oil
166g/ 2 Italian-style pork sausages, skin removed
1g/ 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
2g/ 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
36g/ 2 tenderstem broccoli
50g/ 1/2 cup dried Orecchiette
60g freshly grated pecorino cheese
60g low carb white wine
Salt to taste
You can also topped it off with sprinkles of Pecorino Cheese
