Keto Pork Rind Nachos [Crunchy Low-Carb Snack]
Nachos have always been one of my favorite snacks! While the toppings of nachos are typically keto-friendly, the tortilla chips are not. When replacing the tortilla chips with pork rinds, it brings a crunchy low-carb element that fits in so well!
I love pork rinds as they are a 0g carb snack and super versatile. I incorporate these a ton in my keto recipes, so when I thought what I was going to pair with these nachos, I immediately knew it would be pork rinds! These go fantastic with the ground beef, onion, avocado, and jalapeno peppers!
While I refer to these as a snack, they certainly don’t have to be. They can be a full meal or shared with a group of people as a snack!
