Protein & Fiber Rich Low Carb Breakfast Recipe Ingredients

1 cup Barik Dalia
1/2 cup Makhana (Fox nuts)
1/2 cup Medium Khatta Dahi(Medium sour Curd)
1/2 cup Hot water
1/2 cup water
2 to 3 Tbl sp Water
1 small size Gajar finely chopped (Carrot)
1 Medium size Onion finely chopped
1 Medium size Simla Mirch finely chopped (Capsicum)
2 to 3 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1 Hari Mirch finely chopped (Green chilli)
1 Tsp Adrak paste (Ginger paste)
1 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1/2 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
2 pinch Hing (Asafoetida)
1/2 Tsp Fruit salt
1/2 Tsp oil
Serve with Tomato Chutney or Hari Chutney
