Miso Eggplants Recipe:
2-3 egg plants
sesame seeds
chives
Marinade:
1/4 cup white miso
1 teaspoon liquid stevia instead of the honey
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
A small pinch of salt
Tahini Sauce:
1/2 garlic powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini
4 tablespoons water to thin it out
